Appointments

Late arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled well child check up, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are late for a sick visit appointment, you will be placed in the next available slot.

Missed Appointments

We appreciate a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your child’s appointment.  If you fail to notify GUP and miss your child’s appointment  a letter will be sent advising you of the missed appointment and the need to reschedule the well child check up. If there is a third missed appointment by any child in your family within a 12 month period, your children may be discharged from the practice.
