Sick Visits
When your child is not feeling well, we want to make it as easy as possible to get the care you need. We understand that deciding whether to schedule a visit can sometimes be difficult, especially when symptoms are new or unclear. That is why we reserve appointment slots each day specifically for sick visits by appointment.
We care for children with a wide range of concerns — from fussy babies and feeding issues to fever, coughs, sore throats, and runny noses. We also support families with behavioral or emotional concerns, sleep challenges, and other questions that arise as your child grows. No question or symptom is too small when it comes to your child’s well-being.
Our practice is a little different from many others. We have several registered nurses available to speak with you about your child’s symptoms and help determine the best next step. There can occasionally be a short delay in returning calls, so if you have an urgent concern, please call early in the day to schedule a same-day sick appointment.
We do not offer weekday walk-in visits, as we schedule each appointment intentionally to give every family the time and attention they deserve. However, we do offer Saturday walk-in hours from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We recommend arriving early, as these visits are seen on a first-come, first-served basis and are for acute issues only.
If you are unsure whether symptoms require emergency care, please call us for guidance before heading to urgent care or the emergency department. We are here to help you decide what is best for your child.
